I'm sure that The Slayer = Thomas (this is also according to The Edge in In Memoriam II), and that his real name is Thomas too.
Rumours were around in the late 80s that there were two people who were called Thomas/Lazer, maybe one of them was The Slayer, the other one Mr Disk.
