No I don't think so. Hi-Top is a Swiss guy and to my knowledge wasn't part of Hitmen (used to be a mainly German group back in time).

anyway I asked because Power Engine BBS music was credited to Hitop while text inside clearly says Hi-Top/Atlantis.
Still I find weird that a gfxian and swapper with no other music produced could do such nice tune. =) |
