Petscii Category..
We had a Petscii compo at Floppy and I would like to add them as releases. However, that category does not exist. Would it be possible to add such a category or should them be added as something else, which they are not. |

We hard a thread for that. It sounded like Perff was going to add some BBS category here, including Sysop, groups, stuff like that. |

It's on the todo-list yes. However it's a rather big project, and as I'm not very familiar with BBS's I could really use some help on designing.
It sounded on people that the best way to represent BBS's in CSDb is to make it a top-category like sceners, releases, groups and events is now.
To do this some thoughts should go into which fields should be in the tables, and which relations to make etc. I already got some sugestions, but a bit more on the topic would not hurt.
(Perhaps a new topic should be started about this - a bit offtopic i think)
About the original post, this type should probably be added along with the BBS-thing, but before something is found out for real I will not do anything. |
