I found this out this weekend when I visited my parents. His girlfriends parents are friends of my parents and they told my parents and they told it like it was nothing. Well it hit me.

Back in da days I was his homey, he kinda introduced me to da Commodore 64 scene. I really hung ALOT with him, for years every day. Ive seen him kind of produce every famous C64 track and doing his work for the famous demo dutch breeze. We went to the Venlo meetings and partied with other sceners like Paninaro. I didnt had contact with him for over years (only one occasion, I "met" him online) because I moved out to da big city but it still feel like a loss. He had a really unique personality. Its a shame we just cant chitchat about how we did in our lives and shit.
I knew he was in the musique business, not really my kind of thing , the stuff he did, but I believe he was quite succesfull.

Edwin, you will live through by your music. RIP homey

Truly a great loss, he will be missed, but not forgotten.

I've known Edwin for quite a long time too, I remember hanging out with him at the Joy+MGF+WWE party I helped organize back in '88. About 10 years ago he showed interest in joining Focus but it never happened (can't even recall why), after that we only spoke once or twice. He was quite a unique personality, a real bragger but with the talent to match his words.

I had his tunes (among others) recorded onto tape, so I could listen to them in school as well, back in the 1989/90. I'm shocked he was just 32. Too fucking early. RIP.
