NEOS mouse and VICE

Before filing bugs etc to the VICE bug tracker I just wanna check what is expected behaviour.

If I launch VICE (any VICE, i.e. cocoa, win, SDL etc) with the following:

> x64sc -joydev1 0 -controlport1device 0 -joydev2 0 -controlport2device 4 -mouse

The keyboard is severely interfered.

The command line above simply disables any keyset joysticks, removes all devices from port 1 and attaches a NEOS mouse in port 2 and starts grab mouse events.

Is it expected to interfere with the keyboard scan in this configuration?
