Release id #163427 : We Come in Peace
Did anyone really try to write this demo to a real floppy and watch the full demo? I cannot do it; I tried both with my EF3 and with serial nibwrite (ZoomFloppy and a 1571). Last part of the demo refuse to play, and still my setup works with other 40 track demos (just tried Pearls for Pigs for example, transferred with EF3). |

Yes, I have.
I have had no problem copying the disk image to real floppy using maverick's GCR Nybble Copier. When running the demo from real floppy, the demo will run entirely including the end part. |

I will try on other disks then. I was able to transfer Digital World and Krestology 100% too, without a problem, so it seems it's only We Come in Peace that is problematic here. That is why I asked. |

Is there any way to get this 40T demo on a real disk using MMC64 + RetroReplay? I tried to find a way to do it but I surrender now...
By the way, I have a C128 + 1571 Drive, any chance that would help to make a 40 Track disk?
Thanks in advance! |
